This depends on the product ordered.  Most of our items are shipped directly from our warehouses in the UK and around the world to offer you the best quality and optimum price. Many items will arrive within 3-5 working days, however please allow 7-15 working days for delivery. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way

Once tracking information is added to your order, you can access it through the shipping confirmation email we’ve sent. Input your tracking number here to find the estimated delivery date listed in the order details.

Typically, this occurs due to a potential error in the email address you provided. Our communication involves 2-4 emails, which consist of an order confirmation and a shipping notification upon item dispatch. Should you suspect an email typo, please reach out to us, and we’ll promptly correct it for you.

Our product range is extensive, and some items are not stored in-house. Ordering multiple items could result in separate shipments for quicker delivery. Receiving one item before the others is normal; they’re all en route to you. No need to worry if everything doesn’t arrive simultaneously – they’re on their way.

Orders must go through processing before shipping. Your wait time consists of Processing Time and Shipping Time. “Processing” status means verification, sorting, quality checks, and packing. When packed, it’s handed to the shipping company.

“Completed” status indicates shipping commencement. and you can track your order once the tracking number is updated by the courier. Due to international shipping, package could be in transit or customs clearance. Tracking won’t update until courier collects the item. Processing Time: 1-3 business days

Please Note: 
A. Processing Time is calculated from the time you paid and the order is verified (verification Email will be sent after payment). 
B. You may change your mind after placing the order, including but not limited to: switch to another colour, size, style or a different product, changes in address. If that happens, Processing Time is calculated from the time when the order detail(s) is eventually confirmed. A confirmation Email will be sent informing the updated Estimated Delivery Time.
C. For holidays, processing time may take longer than it usually is. We will notify you in advance.
